I'm with Hilda on this one. I absolutely never answer the phone unless I hear someone leaving a message that I actually want to talk to. If a call comes in when I'm out, then it will only be returned if it is someone I personally know. I'm real good with the 'delete' button. Caller ID wouldn't do me...
