I've always wanted to see Gregory Craig as an Associate Justice. He has a strong legal background while knowing how to politic when it comes to working with the other side. However, he has at least three major things against him (not including his international clients). His representation of Presid...

Don't get me going on the Westboro Church. Although the only two times I've ridden motorcycles were twenty years ago, I'm a member of the Patriot Guard. There are many ways to support those great patriots on the ground when a serviceman is buried such as handing out water and food as they ride in th...

Very interesting panel discussions with some great military and ethical folk. They deal with some of the issues discussed in posts above. It is part of the old PBS Ethics in America show and you can watch them here: http://www.learner.org/resources/series81.html#program_descriptions Chose 6. Under O...

The last one I have no problem with. Uniformed Military soldiers not only put their life on their line but those in active duty are often sent overseas. They have limited time between deployments, sometimes a matter of days. Therefore, I personally have no problem allowing them to get to the front t...

So what's the value of Social Media Networking? When we had to evacuate during a fire in our area, I was able to update my family on our location, the safety of our home, and let them know when we were returning. Through Facebook I could do it all in a single post. When my photo was featured on BBC...

This whole thing made me so mad. The accident wasn't an accident in my mind, it was a criminal disaster waiting to happen. The mine had been served so many violations and did nothing but appeal them instead of addressing the real issues.

As a person who grew up with a grandmother who supported states rights and referred to it as the War of Northern Aggression, she would roll over in her grave if she knew of this Confederate month. For her, it wasn't a matter of anything but the north imposing their beliefs incorrectly on the south by...

He's gone. :o I was so sorry to see this, but it was a matter of time. He was the only reason I watched this show. Never seen it before this season, and although I will be cheering Evan on as a fellow figure skater (although shocked he never had a dance lesson, it used to be mandatory by most coach...

I'll give him a chance then. Honestly, never listened to him. Generally try to get to sleep a little earlier on Sunday night but I can catch his first hour.
