i dont know if scientists will really ever say something is "proved", just that they have a lot of evidence to support a particular theory

I remember having a lecture in a science class just on the scientific method and the meaning of theories in science. theory in a scientific context is different from how the word theory is used in common speech.

The current, average scientist only THEORIZES that our planet is solid with a molten core. They have not proven it.


that's the wat it is with all science. scientists never prove anything, just find support for it.

I guess there is just a certain "feel" you get with live shows that you can't reproduce by listening to recordings of old shows
