Hope you had a wonderful birthday, Shirleypal. I'm one of your many fans. The Coast website has a link to the Wall Street Journal story about the questionable efficacy of antidepressants. One line certainly sums up what you said: "...studies mischaracterized the results and presented a negative...

"Nearly 3 million listeners"??? When I first began listening, a long time before Ouija Wee Gee weaseled his way on the air, the promos always stated "over 10 million listeners". Only a slight turn of the dial would tune in another station. At least 20 that carried C2C came in lou...

Did the light get a union or something? How come now you need mulitiple workers. You know one is doing the work as the others just stand around :D Are you suggesting the book should be subtitled "or Just Exactly How Many Workers Does Noory Need To Screw in a Light Bulb?" If so, what would...

"Scoop" Punnett

I'm listening to Ian on FM 107. He explained how, through a set of "coincidences" he was in the right place at the right time to be on CNN, in his usual self-effacing way. Way to go, Ian!!!!

I second your vote.

Watch out, Georgie, you might throw your shoulder out of socket from patting yourself on the back. If ya do, have Dan pull your finger, which will also help relieve you of some of that hot air!

Goodnight, all. You can rest well and 'be safe', now that the "Worker in the Light" has saved us all! You're wise to avoid the slobber of the guests congratulating him for being such a brave little soldier! But wait, just when you think he couldn't sink any lower--it seems he's now trying ...

Went to KCC one year then graduated from June Buchanan (on Alice Lloyd's campus). It's been years since I went to a gingerbread festival. So Ian was at the settlement school? Was he there for the writer's workshop? During Ian's first stint with Coast, he was in seminary. Before he left, he mentione...
