I honestly feel that Art is up to something. I would like to see him doing a 5 hour show again as well as more shows dealing with ufo's and such. Linda Moulten Howe should be on more frequently too.

I subscribed to the streaming service just for the old shows available every week. To me the $30 is money well spent. If I happen to miss a good show I have 2 months to go back and listen to it so I'm very very happy with the streaming service.

Mel's Ex-wife was the one who actually owned the property. She was just leasing it to him so I'm not sure if his name would be connected to the property in any paperwork.
