It's a new form of censorship.Your book(s) contains references to the trademarked term, “Star Wars (Trademarked Term)”. We have reviewed the information you provided and have determined that we will not be making the book(s) available for sale in the Kindle store at this time. While we cannot advise you on trademark laws, we encourage you to conduct your own research by possibly going to your local library or using other online resources that may be available to you.
As an aside, I believe the United States Patent and Trademark Office has randomly declared that no trademark (read: additional revenue source) can be issued on a single work. However, if your project is published as a series like Harry Potter, - well that's *totally* different! I guess I now understand why 'The Hobbit' was recently transformed from one book into a series! The Hobbit, LLC will be huge. Another LLC will be formed to harass people for all eternity for referencing the 'series' anywhere, or any of it's components anyplace. It starts with this book, but where does it ever end? Maybe the gatekeeper of all publications, Amazon, can help us out there.
