I feel so very privledged to have been able to interact with such an astonishingly special person, even if only in this electronic medium. RIP, Dev, and thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. You have been, and will continue to be missed.

Death often shocks us.....there's rarely an easy way out.......

Such is my cynicism....but I'm an idiot for sure.....

I've read on this wonderful forum far more than I have posted, and, for my sake that is a good thing, but Dev has always impressed me with her posts, as well as the responses to them.....


I so much wander away from this temple of self-expression. Not because I am offended, but because I am so often confronted with my own ignorance....(ouch!!!!)......but that is how I can best learn.....so, I come back.......

The most eloquent words have been expressed about Dev, such that I can never presume to increase....yet I too enjoyed her posts, and I have learned a lot from her too.....

I would love to use the usual smarmy sendoffs....but it is most obvious that you are in a far better place....and I hope for the honour of meeting you.....:)

i am sooo sorry to hear this news i have been away from this board for a long while and came back recently to catch up.....i found my old messages and many from DEV then did a search to see what everyone was up to and found this...

terribly sad .....what a lovely person....thanks for giving us the great tribute and details

I am so sorry to hear this, I always liked hearing from you Dev... I remember when you joined the board, I am very sad that we have to say goodbye.
Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean someone isn't following you...
