What happened? What caused you to wipe out, megman? Did someone hit you with a lazer? Did someone mess with your bike? What were the conditions on the road? Were you carrying your smart phone?

I'm battling shoulder pain right now so I know how it is. Hope you have a lot of patience and understanding. You'll get better when your body's ready, so give it a lot of time, and... cuss a lot--it releases pressure that would otherwise build up and do a little extra emotional damage. This is a known scientific fact. Known by myself.

From the pics you can see both casts are on the same side, which makes using crutches very difficult,

I also live on the top floor of a 3 story walk-up. I'm trapped and my list of friends is not what I thought it was.....

Had to get the prescription filled today. Morphine, and it's at least 4X cheaper than an antibiotic. Go figure.....

My super was kind enough to go get it for me. Neighbour came by to offer a hand today too.

If you run out of meds, just phone up Mayor Rob Ford. He'll help you out and if he can't, he has some Samali friends on video that he put you in touch with.

Be careful with the morphine. As much as it will reduce the pain - it will make you really, really constipated.

You think you have problems, and lack of friends now........

I hate the morphine.
It's worse than the hillbilly heroin they had me on when I busted my ribs.

The morphine is 5mg. Suppose to be every 4-6 hrs but I'm only taking one when I go to bed.
