We've seen reports of Joe Biden's demise several times now, but here comes a new angle. Personally, I think Biden has been a lousy VP, who is more often than not a negative distraction in the media. Still, I think it would be a bad idea because Governor Cuomo is just in to his job as Governor of New York, and while he is doing a remarkable job thus far - it's still early. Beyond that, frankly, our state could benefit from a few more years of his leadership (assuming he can keep this up against the eternally corrupt Albany machine) before we begin thinking about his next job.

Well, he is one of the few people in the Administration with clear ideas on foreign policy. Agree or disagree with those ideas, they seem less driven by politics than the Presidents. Further, he was actually making progress with the Republicans in working on that debt reduction deal - both sides admitted that much.
He seems to do a much better job when there isn't a camera or microphone present.

I Disagree Biden knows his way around the Senate and Congress.... Cuomo knows his way around Mob bosses and Union leaders....Biden is basically the Obamaton`s Personal Lobbyist in congress NO WAY Cuomo gets that kinda respect......Cuomo is the Iron fist....Biden the Velvet glove and with a split congress the Iron glove WON`T work...Fan wrote: at least Biden gives us a chuckle once in a while, but he really is a liability.

- VP is vacation compared Sec. of State.

- Strong Chicago ties - already in the Good-ol-boy club (with a bigger pair than most members)
