Im actually not surprised it was forgotton,NOT VERY GOOD!!!
I wonder what Frank thought of it?
Who knows what Frank thought, but would you believe according to the "About Nancy" page at the nancysinatra.com blog the song was pulled from the playlists of certain radio programmers in 1976, due to its "provocative lyrics"?
The site also says the song remains a fan favorite... is it a favorite because it's best forgotten???

In the mid '60s, the secret agent craze was at its zenith - and Nancy Sinatra was there!
The classic 1966 episode of The Man From UNCLE, "The Take Me to Your Leader Affair," feaures Woodrow Parfrey as a scientist, Dr. Adrian Cool, who tracks a UFO heading for earth. Nancy portrays his daughter, Coco, who is abducted and held captive with UNCLE agent Illya Kuriyakin.
The UFO was created by power-obsessed industrialist Simon Sparrow (Paul Lambert) as a ploy to take over the world. Coco develops a crush on Illya, as they eventually end up aboard Sparrow’s UFO. Nancy gives a very charming performance, and even sings a brief duet with David McCallum:
Regarding her guest appearance on UNCLE, Nancy reveals, “That’s one of the few of my TV performances that I actually like.”
