I interviewed an airline pilot named Doug Ruby who found that if you take the image of crop circles and spin them, you begin to get three-dimensional information. I believe the circles are most likely extraterrestrial traffic markers or else are designs for the ships themselves. There are areas on earth that have magnetic anomalies; I think the Bermuda Triangle is one of seven or so areas on earth like that. Compasses spin and navigational systems go kafooey in those areas. Ships sink and planes go down. It's a matter of real science.

I can't say for sure who they are, but I do believe that there are extraterrestrials living on the earth in the form of humans. If there are greater civilizations out there and they're not observing us, then I believe that they're being irresponsible. If I were an alien observing us, I wouldn't be happy with what I see. I'm not going to give you a definitive answer on "Are you one of them? Are you working for the government?", because years ago I realized people automatically assume you're lying if you say no. So now when someone asks, I say, "Yes. I'm CIA with FBI connections."
This week Art Bell - Somewhere in Time returns to 11/27/02, when Marcus Allen - the publisher of the U.K. edition of Nexus magazine discussed why he no longer believes man went to the Moon.

It would appear that a lot of Allen's argument is based on the levels of radiation at and beyond the earth's Van Allen belt being such that he believes, based on what is known about the protections and precautions that were taken on manned moon missions, the astronauts still would not have survived.
Additionally, photographic film would also be rendered useless for the same reason.
Still, if true it seems to me that the level of conspiracy required to carry out a hoax of this magnitude would be enormous -
At the same time, I'm not saying it couldn't have been done. As Art said earlier so far as the government and the media are concerned, what we know about the technologies each have available, even at the time of the missions it's not at all unimaginable that they could have colluded to put America "over the top" in the space race against Russia... with a lot less work and at a whole lot less cost.
