Some Positive Notes From The Land of The Insane

Post by Doka » 06-21-2017 11:59 AM

We all know about the "Freak Outs" and just plain old "Insane Freaks". But while we concentrate on the negative, some little "Nuggets" of Hope get lost in the shuffle.

The number one thing is that Trump does not stop! While the nut cases, go nuts over every "tweet" and nuance ,distorted to the max, he has made accomplishments that will benefit us and the world despite ourselves.

Here is another one...... Saudi King Salman Elevates Mohammed Bin Salman To Crown Prince…
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/20 ... wn-prince/

The possibilities of this move are a wait and see, but well worth watching. Saudi reform could very well mean, at least a slow down in the Soros/Obama gravy train. You didn't think Soro's was using his own money now did you?

Another positive note is the elections of Republicans, no matter how much money the crazy Dems spend.

Then there is this....... President Trump Roundtable with the American Technology Council…
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/20 ... y-council/

Bringing the Tech Wizards together is an awesome idea, going forward, Techknowledgey is here to stay, so why not, have a "Think Tank" and let them compete against each other. Well, even though a few of them want to rule the world on their own terms......Greed and Power are not going away any time soon.......!

There are more "Tid-Bits" of light out there, that we miss, when only watching the "Center Ring" So I hope to keep finding them. :D

The Batsh!t Dems Losing Logic

And the more they spend and lose, the crazier they'll get

Has the thought never occurred to Dems that there's something wrong with their message and methods that brings on public rejection?

How can we possibly lose? WE'RE sane! It's the public that's crazy. It's the only logical explanation

You want introspection Riddick???????

Was watching MSNBC yesterday afternoon and a GOP senator was being interviewed by Chuck Todd, and the senator said that the Democrats ultimate plan was single-payer, and to prove his point he noted that California's legislature is contemplating a bill which would basically cripple the state's finances. Seeing the look on Todd's face, you could have imagines him getting whacked by a 2x4 square between the eyes. He sat up, blinked, sputtered - no clue at all of what was taking place in California......

Why conservatives can cheer California’s single-payer health care bill

Let’s hear one cheer – not two, not three – for the California Legislature.

Its members are considering a single-payer health care system with annual costs that would considerably exceed the state’s entire current budget. But legislators deserve that one cheer, for the fact that the state is launching its own reform efforts rather than waiting for the federal government.

Much of the public, and most of the media, have pinned their hopes on Congress, the president, and a host of federal agencies to solve all problems related to health care. In 2010, Democrats passed the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and most problems that it sought to address remain – in some respects worse than ever.

In 2017, Congressional Republicans are crafting the American Health Care Act (AHCA) to repeal and replace certain provisions of the ACA, but that effort, too, is fraught with problems.

Some in California are determined to seize the initiative and break free of federal health care policy. The California proposal would radically transform the state’s health care system by bringing all Californians – including present-day Medicare recipients and undocumented immigrants – into a new state-run mechanism.

If enacted, such a law would likely shake California worse than the San Andreas Fault and tip the state into the fiscal abyss. But bully for them for plodding ahead on their own.

That’s the beauty of federalism – states as “laboratories of democracy,” in the words of Justice Louis Brandeis. California’s efforts are a powerful reminder that states have considerable leeway over how health care is provided and paid for within their borders.

Unfortunately, California is making the same error that both parties have made at the federal level – focusing on how we pay for existing modes of care rather than on developing better, less expensive care.

That's about the best article I have read in a long time! State the facts and the consequences of choices. The End.

Hard to believe that the California Gov and legislator is more like Cuba, than Cuba is....Ha! As far as I'm concerned the Dictatorship of California, has already seceded from the union, it seems hell bent to be a roll model for the worst parts of all forms of governments there is in the world, and doing are darn good job of it.

Robin Hood had it all wrong.........He should have been robbing the poor and giving to the rich, by today's modern standards.

Yeah, you're right, it's something Dems tend to avoid whenever possible. Still, how much money do they have to spend and how many times do they have to lose before the notion dawns on them that they may not be as perfect as they believe themselves to be?

Then again, state of mind they're in, and despite all evidence to the contrary they'll say it's crazier to think they're NOT better than everyone else.

Trump Wins – Supreme Court Reinstates President Trump VISA Travel and Immigration Ban – (Full Ruling pdf)…

So much winning. The Supreme Court is letting a version of the Trump administration ban on travel from six mostly Muslim countries to take effect, a victory for President Donald Trump. In the decision to lift the stay the court outlined temporary limits to the ban based on status.

Heard this on Redeye Radio and thought, "No, that can't be right....", but for every positive, there's a wacked-out ultra Far Left freakazoid.

Beware the links which, I would think that a "progressive" would find insulting, but, there it is - it's OK to kill your kids, and soft porn is OK too.

Assuming you're speaking about the travel ban being partially upheld. I think that the MSM is being cautious as they were slapped by the supreme court - but I honestly don't see what the issue is as the US is only doing what's historically been done, which is to place some type of limits on who can enter. The media has changed over the past few decades. We have far less journalists in the true sense of the word, and more blogger types/ opinion writes who fel the need, either verbally or via facial expressions to vent their personal feelings on an issue.

So, it was nice to see Sharyl Attkisson this morning on Fox News...... She could have been mentioning MSNBC, but that would have been to obvious.......

Attkisson on CNN: Reporters Not Following Normal Rules Of Journalism Because They See Trump As A Threat

On the Monday edition of his FOX News show, Tucker Carlson addressed a false story published by CNN that linked Trump advisor Anthony Scaramucci to a Russia-controlled investment fund that is being investigated by the Senate. CNN ultimately retracted the story and three employees resigned.

Carlson also interviewed investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson about the anti-Trump bent in mainstream news. Attkisson spoke about how the media establishment has "exempted" themselves from the normal journalism rules and rules of political behavior because they see Donald Trump as "such a big threat."

"They retracted the story completely and admitted it did not meet CNN's editorial standards and that's saying something," Carlson said.

Carlson also noted one of the reporters involved in this story was also involved in another false story. Eric Lichtblau reported that Jim Comey would contradict President Trump and say he never told the president he was not under investigation in his Senate testimony. That never happened.

Carlson also noted Eric Lichtblau, one of the reporters involved in this story, wrote another false story earlier in the month that claimed Jim Comey would testify to the Senate that he never told President Trump he was not under investigation. That never happened.

"It's been seven months though since Trump won the presidential election. Since then, precisely no evidence has emerged to support the claim that Trump somehow colluded with the Russian government in order to win the race. But you'd never know that from watching that channel which has become home for conspiracists on the Russian question worldwide," Carlson said the Monday night broadcast of his FOX News show.

"Overall, 93% of CNN's coverage of the Trump administration has been negative. 93%," Carlson reported. "Idi Amin would get more balanced coverage. Anybody would. Fidel Castro certainly has. CNN, in other words, is no longer just a news organization, it is a campaign with a political mission run, not surprisingly run by a man named Jeff Zucker who once expressed interest in running for office himself. Like any campaign, it is great at some things. Pushing a message, hurting opponents. And not so good at others like reporting the news. This is a change. How did it happen?"

Very revealing. Something for the folks to ignore like the Hitlery and Friends E-Mails. The Need to stay away from the facts, , makes people just as evil as the perpetrators . That's called swallowing the Kool-Aid. Sad deal.

If true (most probably is, IMHO) it doesn't surprise me. But, makes me wonder the degree to which the media will go to in order to effectively destroy a sitting president and affect national security.

I'm not a raving fan of Trump, but this deserves investigation. No matter who or what political party is in office, this is going beyond mere reporting.....

It really is hard for me to believe that there are still people out there that still believe what the Media tells them. This Russia / Trump thing has been a sham since day one.

They have accused Trump of every thing that the Democrats have been doing all along. When the Media, FBI, CIA and others, get politicized one way or another they become useless haters and manipulators , untrustworthy and totally useless to the masses. I will give Trump credit for not throwing up his hands, saying "Who needs this crap" and flat walking away. I don't really have to "like" someone to have respect for them . Nobody has been put on this Earth just to please my likes and dis-likes. Time to grow up and think . There is always a bigger picture and being able to decipher between good an evil is always a handy trait to work on . Large BS meters should be issued to all. Know a man (or woman) by their actions. We have gotten so confused by people that say one thing, and do something opposite, it literally boggles the mind!
