By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

The Trump Administration quietly issued an Executive Order (EO) last Thursday which allows for the freezing of US-housed assets belonging to foreign individuals or entities deemed "serious human rights abusers," along with government officials and executives of foreign corporations (current or former) found to have engaged in corruption - which includes the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources. 

Furthermore, anyone in the United States who aids or participates in said corruption or human rights abuses by foreign parties is subject to frozen assets - along with any U.S. corporation who employs foreigners deemed to have engaged in corruption on behalf of the company.

As many wait with baited breath for Trump to fire Mueller , as the left has been telling every one via "Fake News". Trump is telling them all that he thinks Mueller is a Fair guy!

There is no reason to fire Mueller of course,as he is intent on making himself irrelevant. The left is desperate for war or something for distraction. There is one thing that could be a world distraction for all, is that economic bubble bursts, and the readjustment of all things regarding money. It will happen, just don't know when.

Of course, while Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer love to appear on CNN and MSNBC to talk about Trump firing Mueller (it's a great way to fire up their base after all), such a plan, at least if you believe the constant reassurances from the White House, continues to be nothing more than a figment of the Left's imagination.  In fact, sitting down with the New York Times yesterday evening, Trump once again said he "thinks [Mueller] is going to be fair" but reiterated that the "Russia hoax" continues to "make the country look very bad."

As with all underlings, these idiots thought Trump would be above question and they would never have to take the fall. Even if there is a ton of evidence for obstruction of justice, I would be very surprised if he is actually charged.

Unfortunately, I think the world will have Chester the Molester for the full term. He will carry on implementing all the things he promised you during his campaign. Funny though, I don't remember him saying anything about giving a huge tax reduction to the swamp rats, thus adding to the deficit. Or creating higher health care premiums for y'all by repealing the mandate and doing screw all else to fix your system. Allowing mentally ill folks access to guns was a really sensible thing to do. But it seems that everybody is receiving pay backs for their support of the dear leader except the middle class. Oh no wait, he did pull out of the world climate change accord because he is the expert on everything. His IQ is so high it can't be measured. LMAO! He understands the tax system better than the best CPA in the land according to him today. He actually just knows how not to pay taxes better than most in the land and I guess that’s why he won’t show you his tax return.

The tax cut will mainly help people who make $50,000, and under, soon they will benefit by finding they have some extra money in their pockets, a lot of them won't pay taxes at all. Trump did raise taxes on himself with regard to personal income. And close some loopholes, that would have benefited him, but of course for many that will never be enough.

He did lower Corporate taxes to be more competitive with the rest of the World, as our corporate taxes in this country, where THE HIGHEST IN THE WORLD. For those clueless people who just can't figure out why those nasty rich corporations move out of country, that is the main reason. For those who may be tired of only finding cheaply made, but just as high priced ,"made in China" goods, there is a reason. WE helped in turning China into one of the most successful Capitalistic Countries in the world gaining freedoms for their people on a daily basis, all the while giving up our own freedoms, all by design, that may kick the rest of the countries, (including the US), in the teeth one day). And more recently China has cut off the rest of the world by rejecting to be the World's Biggest "Garbage Dump" Imagine that!
