Justice Roberts Reads Question Regarding Sperry’s Bombshell Report About Whistleblower Plotting with Schiff Aide Sean Misko to “Take Out” Trump

Senators submitted questions in writing to the House impeachment managers and Trump’s counsel on Wednesday.

Impeachment manager Adam Schiff has TWO aides, Sean Misko and Abigail Grace who worked with the whistleblower Eric Ciaramella at the National Security Council and Republican Senators asked about their role in plotting to remove Trump.

GOP Senators Mike Lee (UT), Ted Cruz (TX) and Josh Hawley (MO) asked about the whistleblower employment and his relationship with Schiff’s top aide Sean Misko.

Chief Justice Roberts read a submitted question to the counsel to the president regarding Paul Sperry’s bombshell report revealing Eric Ciaramella and his former NatSec crony-turned Schiff aide Sean Misko were plotting to remove Trump in early 2017.

“Is it true that Sean Misko and Abigail Grace and the alleged whistleblower were detailed by or employed by the National Security Council during the same time period between January 20, 2017 and the present? Do you have reason to believe that they knew each other?” Roberts said.

Do you have any reason to believe that the alleged whistleblower and Misko coordinated to fulfill their reported commitment to “do everything we can to take out the president.”” Roberts added.

President Trump’s deputy counsel Patrick Philbin said the only knowledge the defense team has about the whistleblower, his employment and relationship with Schiff’s staffer Sean Misko was from a “public report” which we know to be Paul Sperry’s bombshell Real Clear Investigations piece he published last week.

Barely two weeks after Donald Trump took office, Eric Ciaramella – the CIA analyst whose name was recently linked in a tweet by the president and mentioned by lawmakers as the anonymous “whistleblower" who touched off Trump's impeachment – was overheard in the White House discussing with another staffer how to remove the newly elected president from office, according to former colleagues.

Sources told RealClearInvestigations the staffer with whom Ciaramella was speaking was Sean Misko. Both were Obama administration holdovers working in the Trump White House on foreign policy and national security issues. And both expressed anger over Trump’s new “America First” foreign policy, a sea change from President Obama’s approach to international affairs.

“Just days after he was sworn in they were already talking about trying to get rid of him,” said a White House colleague who overheard their conversation.

“They weren’t just bent on subverting his agenda,” the former official added. “They were plotting to actually have him removed from office.”

Misko left the White House last summer to join House impeachment manager Adam Schiff’s committee, where sources say he offered “guidance” to the whistleblower, who has been officially identified only as an intelligence officer in a complaint against Trump filed under whistleblower laws. Misko then helped run the impeachment inquiry based on that complaint as a top investigator for congressional Democrats.

Chief Justice of the United States John Roberts blocked Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul from posing a question during the Senate impeachment trial Wednesday that would have named the alleged whistleblower at the center of the case, Fox News is told — and Paul may try to force the issue during the question-and-answer session that begins Thursday afternoon.

Roberts, for now, has ball control because he actually receives the questions in note cards from senators, then reads the question aloud in the Senate chamber to be answered by either House Democratic managers or Trump's defense team. But Fox News has learned Roberts may soon lose his grip on the proceedings amid a torrent of criticism both inside and outside the Senate.

The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis condemned what he called Roberts' "arbitrary and unilateral censorship of senators and Senate business," and reported that Roberts had initially sought to block even general questions of the intelligence community whistleblower. When Republicans threatened a vote rebuking Roberts on the record, Davis reported, Roberts backed down and decided only to prohibit mentioning the whistleblower's name.

A reporter for Roll Call observed that during a break in the trial Wednesday, Paul was fuming.

"I don't want to have to stand up to try and fight for recognition," Paul shouted, according to reporter Niels Lesniewski, who noted that Paul's complaint was "audible from the galleries above the chamber."

Manager Schiff and Counsel for the President, are you aware that House Intelligence Committee staffer Shawn Misko had a close relationship with Eric Ciaramella when at the National Security Council together, and are you aware and how do you respond to reports that Ciaramella and Misko may have worked together to plot impeaching the President before there were formal House impeachment proceedings?”

In the question, Paul does not identify Eric Ciaramella, a CIA analyst who has been widely reported to be the “whistleblower” whose complaint launched the Democrats’ impeachment proceedings, as the “whistleblower.”

But Roberts has now multiple times throughout the trial censored any mention of Ciaramella’s name, despite his direct involvement in these matters.

My question is not about a “whistleblower” as I have no independent information on his identity. My question is about the actions of known Obama partisans within the NSC and House staff and how they are reported to have conspired before impeachment proceedings had even begun.

Senator Paul was furious for being gagged by Justice Roberts and attempted to ask his question again on Thursday.

On Thursday night Judicial Watch founder and President Tom Fitton joined Tucker Carlson to discuss this outrageous move by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) and other Republican senators asked lead House impeachment manager Adam Schiff (D-CA) during the Senate impeachment trial Thursday why his committee hired Sean Misko, a former National Security Council staffer who was reportedly close to the alleged whistleblower, a day after the July 25 phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Chief Justice John Roberts said, reading the question submitted by Johnson and others:

Recent reporting described two NSC staff holdovers from the Obama administration attending an all-hands meeting of NSC staff held about two weeks into the Trump administration and talking loudly enough to be overheard, saying, ‘We need to do everything we can to take out the president.

On July 26, 2019, the House Intelligence Committee hired one of those individuals, Sean Misko. The report further describes relationships between Misko, Lt. Col. Vindman, and an individual alleged as the whistleblower. Why did your committee hire Sean Misko the day after the phone call between President Trump and Zelensky, and what role has he played throughout your committee’s investigation?

Schiff refused to answer any part of the question, claiming it was an attempt to smear his staff and out the whistleblower — whose identity he also claims he does not know.

One of my favorite parts yesterday ,was when after a demand for more witnesses . WH attorney Jay Sekulow stated the Witnesses the White House wanted was 1. Adam Schiff 2. Joe Biden 3. Hunter Biden 4. Whistle Blower.

Of course even if you got them in the Chair, it would be very very quiet, all pleading the 5th. Treason, indeed is a High Crime.

Another high-light was when Nadler took "The Last Word" even though Schiff was yelling "Jerry,Jerry, Jerry", didn't know Nadler could move so fast.

Now I see they dug up another woman that Trump supposedly sexed. Where have they been keeping her? Like Schiff yesterday was wondering around in the weeds seeing if anything could possibly stick. I had visions of him being hauled out in a "straight Jacket".

The sad part of this, is that they will never stop. As soon as this is over, they will do it again and again. They are like practicing alcoholics with an "Obsession of the Mind" saying and doing the same things over and over and over again. You know, like the guy next to ya repeating himself over and over. Or the one's that call ya at 3AM, for a little "Chat".

The thing is, that even gets old ,to another drunk. The thing is ,Every time we go through their antics more Dems leave the party Trumps Popularity goes up. Even repetitive propaganda can get old, almost 4 years of it with Trump, 8 years of it with the God-Obama. That is far more than even a "prisoner of war" has suffered.

Schumer Melts Down as Impeachment Implodes, Demands Every Senator Explain Their Impeachment Vote

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer melted down on Friday as impeachment against President Trump imploded.

McConnell will be holding a vote on additional witnesses Friday after closing arguments wrap up.

In a huge blow to Democrats, Senator Lamar Alexander announced Thursday night he will be voting against new witnesses, giving the Republicans a probable victory with a 50-50 tie.

Chief Justice Roberts is not expected to cast a tie-breaker vote, according to Republicans.

Once the witnesses are blocked, Republicans will move to acquit President Trump.

Schumer knows it’s over and he looked defeated and angry Friday morning.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was noticeably outraged by the Senate's vote Friday against compelling more witnesses and documents, calling it a “tragedy on a very large scale.”

“No witnesses, no documents in an impeachment trial is a perfidy. It is a grand tragedy. One of the worst tragedies that the Senate has overcome. America will remember this day, unfortunately," Schumer added.

Unfortunately for him, he's completely wrong. The facts are the Senate has received documents and testimony. The only real tragedy was the mockery that House Democrats made of their impeachment inquiry when Adam Schiff refused to allow Republicans to call any of their own witnesses.

Let's examine the "no documents, no witnesses" lie further.

The House of Representatives is fully responsible for putting the case for Impeachment together, witnesses, testimony, papers etc. The Senate is there to look at what is presented and decide what the strength of the evidence is. The House walked the 2 articles of Impeachment to the Senate. The 2 articles where 1.Abuse of power and 2.Obstruction of Congress. Not very powerful and quite allusive. Basically opinion pieces. That's ALL that was presented. Mainly because Trump has broken no laws, and committed no crimes.

Can't help it if the House Democrats where not prepared with the goods, But you would never know it by Schiff and Nadler who where all over the map, with there emotional mind reading act of maybe, could have, "We Know", "How can you not hate this guy like we do, and shame on you if you don't agree" Crazy Show" I expect Hollywood to give them an Oscar.
