Actually that's too much for me - unless of course the one picking up the call and pushing the Hold button is deaf. The calls should be automatically switched to Art's line by a dumb machine, IMO. And I don't see why this isn't possible.

I know folks love Art's cats but he needs to put something else on his webcam for a change. I could really care less about them myself. Nothing to do with the show.
