Shirley, I agree with you about the salt, but if that's all there is ...

I have some of that ramen from time to time. I get the ones with the package of spice in them, and I usually mix in some low sodium soy sauce and toss the packet. I can feel the old BP go through the roof when I use those packets they put in there.

The authorities are imploding a $148 million boondoggle in a couple of hours to make room to build a new Federal Building. They said it will take only 7 seconds ....
