Yep, your memory is better than mine, I do remember he sounded like he was telling the truth and Art believed him.

Not I Chas, I didn't know what it was until I looked it up right now.

"Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small waterproof container containing a logbook and "treasure", usually toys or trinkets of little monetary value"

Sounds like fun, have you done it?

I have been geocaching for close to a year now. Up until a few days ago I had to rely on a friend of mine to go geocaching since he owns a gps. My wife bought me one for Valentines Day so I've been doing alot over the past few days.

Chas you should start a thread on this, would be interesting to see if anyone here does it and hear their experiences.

I also discovered geocaching about a year ago. It took up a big portion of my summer. Good, clean, fun. It gets you outside.

hope Art allows callers to ask this guy some questions sooner than usual. He seems a bit slow on the uptake to me and the interview is a difficult one - he's not providing much we don't already know.

Music is good but I wish it was better. I'm hitting the hay but I'll have my radio on. Take it easy Shirley.
