Not in America, but elsewhere probably (Zimbabwe for example) - hardly a prediction in my opinion.

The caller with the perfect record really didnt have one when he predicted that a famous actress would be killed by a stalker.

I believe Adrienne Shelly was killed by an illegal alien construction worker when she discovered him stealing money in her apartment.

That's correct, further Adrienne Shelly is a bit of a stretch to consider a "famous actress", when one goes there they tend to mean the A-List type stars - at least that is how I interpret it.
