Hi You two.

To avoid nodding off like last night I thought I'd take a preshow nap. Well, that ran on into the night till about 20 minutes ago.

Great to see you started without me and are enjoying the show.

Anyway, the 20 minutes I heard in bed was enough for me..I'll likely be back there soon too..not really awake.

Oh, and thanks so much for your sympathy in Linnea thread re: my Dad's passing. I hated to bring it up there but have known Jeri from way back. :)

I love the AB pics. Dale's Gallery is pretty great. You might be surprised if you listen to Savage a couple times. He is VERY intelligent and really gets you to thinking about things. He is a really fair minded person, tells really neat stories of his life. Mostly has a very good perspective on things. I would say quite the Liberatarian (sp?). Some things he talks about reminds me of Art's old views. It takes a few times to really listen to him to appreciate him. :D

Hi Dale :) Glad you let us know about your Dad. It's a very difficult thing to get through. Everyone needs a hug in times like that. My Dad passed many, many years ago, and still to this day whenever something reminds me of him, I tear up. I think it never really goes away, just gets easier to learn to accept.

Thanks Patty..yes..and I learned grief really can hobble you for awhile. I seem like I'm spinning my wheels and going in circles much of the time. I even feel like I changed, am different. I seem like I can be shorter to anger and the simplest decisions become muddy internal debates. Tough decisions..impossible.

..

Well, that was certainly a downer..
c ya - Thanks for the thread.:)Image

You all enjoy the rest with George

If you had it on your lap, turned on and ready to go, you've made it further than I have with a little netbook I tried that with. I carried it in, set it the nightstand, climbed in the sack and that's the last I remember till the am..

Your tablet will be better since it has no keyboard to try to use, just the on screen one that is more suited for pillow-top typing in my opinion. I can barely use the teeny Dell Mini9's keyboard on a desk..much less perched in my lap in bed.lol.
