Kind of creepy to think people are capable of such horrific acts.

A good reason for loaded guns in the house!

Sorry about that. Figured I was around so I'd open the thread and the sky opened up. No idea when the connection came back.

Ya, the big 50 last week. Don't think its really sunk in yet.

But I can tell you there is no chance of falling pecs here. I have a lot of upper body strength but don't really have a chest. I have a cyclist's body. So I guess I'll be waiting for the quads to do the chicken flap thing.:D

LOL!

On the serious side That’s Cool Brother. Upper body here too.
50 is 50 for those who accept 50. I feel so alive and healthy at 55 better than 40 or 30.

Defense attorney Sam Amirante and co-author Danny Broderick, discussed what it was like to defend one of America's worst serial killers, John Wayne Gacy, and reviewed the gruesome details of the case. It's important to our system of justice that such criminals get a fair trial, as the US Constitution dictates that accused people have a right to a competent attorney, Amirante noted.

First hour guests, analyst Craig Hulet and researcher Marshall Klarfeld talked about the war in Afghanistan.
