Hi Tiffany
What does it for me in spring are the smells and every thing is bursting out. It’s fresh it’s new and it’s vibrant. The birds are back chirping away nature awakes into an explosion of beauty, and I feel extra alive.
By the way as you know I’ve been a flight sim nut for years now. One of my favourite places for flying has always been the coast line around BC above Vancouver. One of my dreams has always been to see this coast line for real, when arriving in Canada this will be my first dream accomplished. And I won’t have even stepped of the plane hell it can only get better.
Just remember if you jay walk in Vancouver, you look to the left first before stepping off the curb, not right or you will get mowed down. I made the opposite mistake several times the last time I was in England and almost came a cropper! But having said that, you will notice that the drivers are a lot slower and all the roads are a lot wider so that may save you if you make a mistake.
The birds are all out singing now on Northern Vancouver Island! My cat is right out there eyeing everybody up in anticipation of fresh meat season and salivating. The Beast!
