RC, I know I had around 1100 posts. If you find time to check it, kewl. If not, no biggie. Quality, not quantity is my benchmark anyway.

Now about the time - GMT (as I'm posting this) is 9 pm -- I am at GMT -5, so local is 4 pm -- I have applied the time zone adjustment in my cp area... and it says that it's 8 am . Uh... I'm confused. :D

All times are GMT -5 hours. The time now is 08:02 AM.

Just pretend the board default is PST not GMT..
my server itself as dif settings this is why the time is screwed
but its set to PST...so adjust accordingly.

well while your fixing things......I seem to have lost 1000 posts and my virginity and morals and sanity...

otherwise I like the new set up rev.

still the clock has me at a loss. its 2 am where ever the board time is kept and 10 am my time which is GMT-9hours. Kind of makes the board time somewhere over the atlantic doesnt it?

Post by juno4 » 04-11-2003 05:21 PM

Hi CaptFantastic,
My forum says it is now 7am but it is now 1520 (24hr clock) ???
I did go into the time thing and changed it to pacific time zone but...Hmmm it's still crazy... I'm sure you'll fix it but was not sure if you knew there is a problem. Thanks and I love the new forum...

Not sure I get ya on this. I changed the time in my control panel yesterday, but it still says this right now: "All times are GMT -8 hours. The time now is 09:15 AM" everywhere on the site. I've got 5:15... well, now 5:18 PST on my computer. We have to adjust this in our heads or what?

Pretend PST=GMT...

I'm Eastern - Eastern is PST +3:00, so I adjusted to GMT +3:00 - Now everything is "ship-shape". :D
