Dale,
Loved the Comedians bit - so good, thanks for posting.
The interraction and real affection between Reiner and Brooks is wonderful to watch and the reverence coming from Jerry - it's all wonderful to see.
Off topic but a wonderful article in the LA Times yesterday regarding the beautiful little town of Bentonville, Arkansas.
Makes me want to go there.

A man's character is his fate
Probably nobody here who can relate to this.
Funny series of commercials.
Heh... I think I can 'identify' with Yiayia's 'world view'!

For if it profit, none dare call it Treason.
I laugh out loud everytime she smashes the dial with a rock.
I also chuckled when in one of the videos Yiayia is seen beating an octopus on the rocks in the background. This is exactly how my family taught me to 'prepare' an octopus - beat it on the sea wall rocks when you get back to shore.
There is a famous (in our family) photo of my uncle doing just that in a harbor along the bay of Naples.

Oh my about the Octopus - I had no idea. My Yia Yia was able to wring a chickens neck and prepare it for dinner.
Different times and culture.

My grandma used to kill her own chickens. At least the chickens in those days had a decent life before they were snuffed.

That was awesome Squid. As you may know, Gustav Mahler also wrote "The Planets".
"The Planets, Op. 32, is a seven-movement orchestral suite by the English composer Gustav Holst, written between 1914 and 1916. Each movement of the suite is named after a planet of the Solar System and its corresponding astrological character as defined by Holst. With the exception of Earth the centre of all yet influentially inert astrologically, all the astrological planets known during the work's composition are represented."

I guess it would have been pretty easy to steal music in days gone past.
