we were down for hours this AM. Not my fault of course, I will be moving us to another host soon, after I move all my clients

Would you also believe this is the first blip since early April?

IIRC that one lasted longer than today's though.

No worries. I bought a new server today that will hopefully be better. I don't want more than 1 hour of downtime per month, and that should be late at night or early in the morning. Any more than that is unacceptable these days.

I pay these jokers double what I could pay for a cheaper host, and they give me worse service and don't answer my emails.

Another of my servers with them was also down, but that one makes many thousands of dollars a day in sales for clients, so I was getting sweet emails all day about it, I would have been getting many more if HALF MY EMAIL ACCOUNTS WERE NOT ON ONE OF THE SERVERS THAT WAS DOWN.
