art on sw...recording

last night on sw was very exciting!
i made a recording split into half hour segments on total recorder
so i tried to put one segment onto a cd (a great call with a woman whose husband passed and was a friend of art!)

anyway it recorded ok on the total recorder i can play it back perfectly but when i save as onto a cd the volume low...
this is the first time i ever did this can anyone tell me how to do this better

Ginger: Glad to hear you had such great success with your shortwave radio. I just bought a shortwave radio just to listen to Art, but the dumb radio only gave out wierd fuzzy noises, so I sold it to a friend. Ginger (and other pirates listening): What type of shortwave radio do you use and/or recommend? Thanks! Your pal, Stardreamer (Annie) I miss ART big time!

But I can't figure out a way to get it out of here. Tried to e-mail it Ezekiel, but the file size is too darned big!

I promised Katherine to send it to her, but I don't know how, other than sending it snail mail...

Any ideas?

no annie i used the jim and leah's sw site to record but i do have the c crane short wave radio
will try that one tonight and see what i get.....

Ahoy Pirates: For those who do not have computers, can you recommend a good quality shortwave radio on which to listen to Art and Ramona?
The one I bought was worthless, and I am clueless on which type of radio to get. Thanks!

annie...the one that ccrane.com has is good and art even agrees that the sony 2010 is still the greatest small one around!!
