majority/minority

Post by teresius » 09-18-2006 10:33 PM

hey div, in response to your earlier question:
i believe that in the case of two warring factions of thought, it would be the majority that would 'win,' if all other factors were the same. this is hardly ever the case though. some people have more clarity than others and thus can focus their intent more efficiently. this would have to be taken into account when trying to calculate the total, cumulative intent for either side. and the warring faction would have to be aware of the exact intent of the opposing faction, so as to formulate the complete opposite intent. great subject. lots of aspects to it.

Don't forget to listen to Dean Radin on Dreamland from this past weekend, good interview with Whitley. Show is about the Third Eye and how to access it.

thanks for the info, but i don't pick up that show here. is there a web-based version available for download? i have a very weird schedule (as i'm sure you can tell by the times of my postings) and if i can't download it and listen to it on the fly, then i normally just skip it.

We have a dreamland deck here on the forum, Whitley's shows are up for 4 weeks to listen to, you cannot download them unless you're a subscriber but you can record them.

Guess you must be still checking out this fourm. Here is this past weeks show that Swerdloc put up, he posts everyweek.

BTW they are online only.

In case you didn't know Art Bell owned Dreamland and did it for years on Sunday nights 6 to 9 PM Eastern, Whitley took over for Art on Sundays and when Art left at the end of 2002 PremRAT dropped the Dreamland show, Art sold Dreamland to Whitley sometime in 2003 and Whit started the weekly online show.

Just to clear a couple of things up, I did not sell Dreamland to Whitley, I gave it to him.

Also, for the record I did not sell MY show to Premiere Radio Networks because I did not own it, the Corp. did, I just had a VERY small piece of the action.

Hope all is well with the Pirates.

In reading this thread which I had missed all together, till now.
Now that it popped up as a recently posted thread.

I was glad to see Art's post, clarifying his position.

Art,
Wow.

Now here's a case where a guy and his talent as a radio broadcaster gets really screwed by the 'Corporation'.

He gives his heart and soul to his audience.
An audience that grows into million of listeners.
A loyal audience that tunes in nightly.

Which used to be, in the mid 1990's a five hour program, from 11 to 4 am, I think.
The guy is fascinating, captivating.
Truly different from anything I've ever heard come from someone's lips to my ears....

Subjects that our out of this world.

Out of the box' as he oftened said.

Yes, Art was the can opener' to that preverbal can of worms.
....and we loved it!
_______________

What I'm trying to recall, was what really happened in that 'Big Shift'...
Where He' had 'free reign over the night?

Maybe the buyout of his former broadcast network?

It seemed like it was just us and him....
Nothing in between.
- Before Clear Channel took over.

Well, a few commercials and news breaks.

Smoke breaks for him, and a breath of fresh night air from the high desert, as he gazed into night sky, from his front porch deck.
Then back with the headset and mic'.

For myself, I joined his loyal listenership when comet Hale Bopp' was discovered, back in 95'.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comet_Hale-Bopp

Many a night this comet and it's pass was the talk of the town.
I felt a major shift was on.

There were many, and I mean many subjects to delve into on the radio with Art in those times.
Things we really never thought about became open topics.
The night became fascinating.

Enviromental subjects, the weather, chemtrails, black operations, area 51', the craft, ghosts, Y2K, all of it... Etc, etc, etc.

Then there were those nights of the 'Best of Art' replays as he and Ramona took off on well deserved vacations.
He always kept his listeners abreast with pictures, though.
Especially one one of those vacations that he and Whitley and Anne', and the gang went to grand hotel.
In the days of 'Somewhere in Time' movie came out.
I think that is when he handed over Dreamland to Whit'.

But, my question, Art, was what happened on that vacation
when you and Ramoma went to South Africa?
Something happened there, I just know it, because from that point on, it seemed everything seemed to change...

Didn't you just quit', the program after that?

What really happened in, Johannesburg, South Africa' Art ?

We know what happened in Paris, France, the Alaskan voyage, etc....

But' what about, Johannesburg ?

Will we ever know?

For sure.

What happened there?
