Maybe someone else has had problems or can help. The night Art announced Pizza Punch, I placed my order. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent numerous messages via artbellspizzapunch.com and I get absolutely no response. They've already debited the money for the order from my account, but I haven't received my order. I'm really frustrated that my attempts to contact are going unanswered. Anyone have any ideas?

email Art at [email protected] and tell him they took your money a long time ago and you have not received your pizza punch nor any answers to your many emails.

I would put in subject line. Paid Long Ago No Punch!!!!

I did call that number and left a message... I don't feel I should have to keep paying long distance charges for no answers, though.

Art forwarded my email to who helped start the company with Art. I received a personal phone call telling me that my order was being taken care of, and numbers to call if I need any future assistance. Thanks Art!

That is great news, sometimes things fall through the cracks, I know they were overwhelmed with orders and it happens, but never doubted it would be made right.

Ken I knew Art would pick up on it....great that they called you ...they should have...it had been too long.

And enjoy your "Punch" when it arrives. At first I didn't care much for it, but now I can't have pizza without it!

So yeah... still no Pizza Punch. I called the numbers that the guy Art contacted gave me. All I got was voicemail, and I left a few messages. It's been another month. I guess I just don't deserve to try the Pizza Punch, regardless of the fact that I already paid for it.

Call the voice mail again and state your address again just in case they are sending it to the wrong address/zip, etc.

Email Art again saying still no Punch and give him your address, bet he will make sure you are sent the punch. [email protected]

K I emailed Art stating you still haven't got the Punch and linked him to this thread...

So, my wife called and someone from the Pizza Punch company left a message and said they were going to get right on top of my order.

So, again.... Hooray for Art Bell; the man who takes a simple man's pizza punch order seriously!
