Too much water under the bridge, I imagine. By 2010 the show ITSELF wasn't at all what it was, and Art knew it all too well.
Not being 'into it' anymore and not contractually obligated to
do any more at that point, it's not all too surprising the last Ghost to Ghost he did turned out to be Art's Coast to Coast swan song.

If Premrad doesn't stop airing SiT shows as per his request, he's promised to blow the lid off of his 'so-called' retirements, and my guess is when he does he's not gonna be revealing it exclusively on his Facebook page...
Premrad had a good thing going when they still had Art under contract - and the fact that they couldn't find a way to keep him happy could very well come back to haunt them!
