Does iceburg lettuce require a constant temp below -30C? We have only been getting a low of -23C and its looking a little peaked if not crispy.........

I have never tried to grow iceberg lettuce but our Mesclul mixture we planted in pots is starting to look good. It’s a fast growing mixture that doesn’t require a tremendous amount of sunlight and tolerates cold temperatures. When harvested young it is second to none as a salad base.
