Just can't seem to get away from the Ignorant American thing, can they? Only thing is not just not a specified group ,it is humans that have come and gone for millions of years. Someday, when science gets over their "payola" thing, it may come to light the American Indian, was not even close to being the 1st people here.But that's probably not for a few more generations yet. Their are more pyramids to be found here, also.
