Paul Connett's Fluoride Action Network sues the EPA! Yeah!

Post by Malaria_Kidd II » 04-27-2017 10:30 PM

FAN IS NOW SUING THE EPA TO END FLUORIDATION
Fluoride Action Network | Bulletin | April 25, 2017

It’s official: the Fluoride Action Network–along with a coalition of environmental and public health groups–has filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in response to their denial of our petition under Section 21 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) seeking a ban on water fluoridation. This may be the lawsuit we have all been waiting decades for.

According to FAN’s attorney, Michael Connett, “this case will present the first time a court will consider the neurotoxicity of fluoride and the question of whether fluoridation presents an unreasonable risk under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). And, in contrast to most other legal challenges of Agency actions, TSCA gives us the right to get the federal court to consider our evidence ‘de novo’—meaning federal courts are to conduct their own independent review of the evidence without deference to the EPA’s judgment.”

Knowing our new president is not taking kindly to any 3 letter D.C. HQ'd agency. It will be interesting in the NEXT 100 days to see if he would be on FAN's side in their efforts in bettering human health minus the free  fluoride in their tap water.

:fortune: Be ready to hear Paul Connett on cutting edge news on Coast to Coast AM soon! :hourglass

Heck! I just might Tweet this important topic out to @POTUS or @therealDonaldTrump............................. :!:

MK II

I don't drink our small towns water due to source fluoridation! :P Besides that "FREE" toxic addition the 13 foot deep aquifer flows under a two barn hog parlor just 2 miles North of our town's water wells! Sadly years ago the farm's owner and his employee died below ground level in the low oxygen/methane filled atmosphere of it's manure pit! :(

I stopped using toothpaste with fluoride about ten years ago and my check-ups at the dentist has bene fine.

Tom's of Maine has a product they've been making since 1970 that's great..... You can buy it is almost any grocery or pharmacy, around here at least.

About time they removed this harmful substance........

 Super idea for both of us kbot! My vote goes to Arm & Hammer T paste and deodorant that gets against and under my skin! :)

Drinking water that's treating the $ consumers to free strong teeth should one day NEVER AGAIN be fluoridated!

REF: Radio news on Wednesday night :!:

A manufacturer of bottled drinking just for babies has been recalled due to mold. The newsman then added the ingredients being minerals, vitamins and FLOURIDE!

WTHeck :!: I've lost track of how fast human evolution is evolving now-a-days. Are newborns coming into this world with a full set of choppers :?:

:realmad: Fluoridated drinking water should be reserved only for fighting fires! That would be the best way to put it to a better use!

One tube of toothpaste containing fluoride should last a year because only a tiny smear on a toothbrush is almost too much!

APRIL 4 2019

Dear Supporter:

On Tuesday, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a press release announcing a new proposal to lower the maximum level of fluoride that can be added to bottled water, from 0.8 ppm down to 0.7 ppm. The reduction of 0.1 ppm is FDA’s effort to help reduce rampant dental fluorosis. This change does not lower the allowable level of naturally occurring fluoride in bottled water.

The FDA has invited the public, industry, and "stakeholders" to submit comments on its proposal on or before June 3, 2019. For information and instructions on how to submit a comment, visit the Federal Register.

In response to the FDA's proposal, CNN published a good article (see below) quoting the Fluoride Action Network's Research Director, Chris Neurath, and raising important questions about recent studies on fluoride's neurotoxicity. The discussion in the article put the issue into context: not on dental fluorosis, but on fluoride’s neurotoxicity. Parts of CNN's article has been re-published by countless media outlets across North America and around the world, including in USA Today and the UK's Daily Mail.
