You gotta have heart! And keep it working, too!

Readers: Hey, when your heart talks, you better listen to it. And if ain't saying nothing, that's a real problem, probably.

Well, get your heart in physical tip-top shape, and improve it no matter your age, by heeding the advice of one Dr. Linus Pauling, see all the good things you can do, very cheap to do each day, and reap the rewards by staying off the surgery tables. So, go to
www.paulingtherapy.com for further details, and read the testimonies, too.

And for further understanding of what may be involved with many cases of "CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE", see what Dr. Hulda R. Clark has to say about this condition related to parasitic invasions of heart muscle tissue, oftentimes involving loa loa, and/or dog worms, very tiny worms, and how those worms/bugs/parasites can be easily cleansed and removed by zapping, using a small electronic multi-frequency zapper, she provides instructions on how to build your own, or buy it at www.drclark.com. Her book, 'THE CURE FOR ALL DISEASES' has some potentially mighty useful info on this quite common condition of congestive heart failure, which she seems to infer, can in many cases, by zapping the worms/parasites will allow the over-sized heart to "shrink"/reduce or return to correct size and thus reduce or totally eliminate problems with valves (which oftentimes cannot properly close due to the heart being expanded in size). Well, what if she is right, at least for some people?! The valve not closing properly can cause problems with consistent heart pulse, and this produces cyclical problems leading to what is called "congestive heart failure". However, once the bugs/parasites/worms are destroyed, the heart can then contract in a required rhythym and thus eliminate many heart problems.

And Dr. Pauling states that most HEART PROBLEMS are related to insufficient VIT-C! Thus he calls most heart problems SCURVY HEART PROBLEMS. See what simple steps you can take, and provide your loved ones, to stop HEART PROBLEMS, and keep heart tissues healthy! Use at least 10,000 mgs. of Vit-C per day, along with lysine (amino acid), and other.... and throw in some Co-Q10 (kinda expensive, though much cheaper than surgery, and you don't need to take it every day), and ingest cayenne pepper (real heart food, too), and these measures can grealy improve heart health.

Well, see the website(s), and see what you may.

Cayenne pepper - very interesting. What about the properties of cinnamon? Heard that was also very beneficial to the cardio-vascular system.

Cayenne, Golden Seal, Hawthorn, and Scullcap are all good for the heart. Vitamon E and CoQ10 enzyme are good too, Especially if you take Vitamin E with Selenium, and CoQ10 with Vitamin E as well.

Cayenne is good to take with ANY herb or combination of herbs; because it acts as a catalyst by directing the herbs where to go.
Question EVERYTHING, even your OWN thoughts.
