Cold and raining in Southern California - finally some bit of actual weather.

Still kinda warm in New England although it's certainly been colder - just o0utside doing some yard-work in a shirt. We're supposed to be getting freezing rain/ rain mix along the coast. Over towards the Berkshires they're saying snow.

At the moment here in SE Wisconsin we're just barely out of the single digits.

The last three weeks we've had average temps running about 5 degrees below normal and 10 degrees lower than this same period last year - and Accuweather's extended outlook has below normal temps on average continuing through the third week of January.

If nothing else, at least ice fishing should be good this season.

Watching the Lions/ Eagles game and there's snow all over the field - above the player's ankles. Can hardly see the field
