Not a big leap. Mental illness, according to the brief piece, includes anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and substance abuse. Climate change or just long bouts with hot (or cold) weather can drive all this up...as can the current political climate, the economical climate, the job(less) situation..etc.
The money quote is a mere 4 sentences in:
The report, A Climate of Suffering: The Real Cost of Living with Inaction on Climate Change, called the past 15 years a ''preview of life under unrestrained global warming.''
This is cap 'n trade propaganda used to feed fear and is meant to make folks think that we can stop this weather by shifting to a carbon economy..

Well that explains it! Ha! Have you ever noticed that what ever the "agenda" is there is a solution and something to blame. We have become a Nation of fear and blame. I think Mr. Gore has become wound too tight, so will sit back and watch. The "Pot" is being stirred at high speed.I think one of most devistating things for me is watching my county being dismantled bit by painful bit. Common sense is a thing of the past, being replaced by fear and chaos. I really hope "something" is looking out for us!
A Change is Gonna Come
74 days over 100 degrees here this summer. It's the hottest summer on record in Central Texas. A couple of days ago we tied the record with 112 degrees. I cannot handle much more of this .....
