Strange it is, yet you're not in panic. Is it 'cause you "get" the fact like it always has weather changes, just like climate changes??

"Panic" is that when you hear a bell ring, you slober all over yourself, and look for the "safe"room they promised you? Na! Takes to much energy , just makes me sweat more. Much calmer to write a check to Al Gore, The "Climate God" or throw one of your children into a volcano to stop the "Climate Gods" or what ever necessary.

One thing does concern me, although nothing any one can do about it at the moment........Is the US Power Grid , it has been getting a lot of " testing" lately.

It is to be 108° today and smokey thick air, it was 106° yesterday  then "cool" into the upper 90s. Humidity was 9%. That's when you need to start drinking hand lotion........... Not a drop of rain since June. The local weather guy say to expect some moisture in Oct. Weather in extremes, world wide ,seems to be the new normal.

Is there even such a thing as "normal" deviation from average weather? Maybe what we had was new normal & we're going back to old normal?

Whatever it is, let's blame it on humans. But really it's all Trump's fault.

We're about 3-4 weeks ahead of the game weather wise - Daily highs here in SE WI have run 10-15 degrees below historical averages the last two weeks or so - Instead of mid-40s, it's been more in the neighborhood of freezing.

Our first snow was on the 10th, but it was only an inch & didn't stick around, same goes for the 2nd round Saturday

More "normal" weather's forecast for Friday through Sunday with a chance of rain showers, highs in the 40s

Here in New England its been a LOT of rain, but lately we've been seeing snow. Anywhere from 3-6" forecast over the next couple of days, mostly up north. This afternoon temps will plummet to single digits with subzero wind chills by daybreak tomorrow. Most of tomorrow's HS football games are being rescheduled

Lordy, Riddick , Hope it doesn't happen! Here in he PNW, (that is Pacific North West for those that have trouble with PNW), it is a foggy 30°, at least on this side of town  A lot of the forecasts have NOT materialized, or we would be under 30 ft of snow by now. And we have none.
