George stopped plugging the FF
I was listening to George's horribly bad Friday night open lines. Why? Because I have terrible bouts of insomnia and I don't trust the corrupt American pharmaceutical cabal, OK?
Anyway, usually George plugs all the chat rooms, message board websites, ect. on Friday nights. Well, he still does. Just not the FF.
He said something to the effect, "Here's a list of all the 'positive websites' that discuss C2C."
Did the forum finally fall out of favor with emperor George?
I know I'm not around as much as I use to be but did someone get in a tumble with George on one of the boards?

I heard that also. I think George has been bashed here so much, why would he mention FF? There was a time here that it became not so much a pro Art site, but a bash George site. Just truth...

LOL This is tame compared to when he first took over. Hell, he use to have his daughter come on board and try to beg and plead everybody to climb on.
I thought that it pretty much simmered down with the criticism the last year or so.
George ought to count his blessins. At least he's not President Bush.

He's probably upset about that whole TV thang going south after having broken that golden rule so many times that night earlier before when he was on that illegal human bandwagon again ... Sorry, I make no apologies for reporting all that to the galactic fairness board for review and sanctions and that curse (ha). However, I do apologize if he decided to take it out on you all here.

Gotta agree. I see little reason for him to have much incentive to plug FF...not that I'm much of a fan of his.

hey Shirleypal...
I've been an Art fan since somewhere in the 90s... I worked at UPS in my town in VA that first summer I discovered him, and got off at 2AM and listened to him on the way home and then at home...
Oh, two other things... first, I bought one of the hand-cranks from C2C that summer, then lost it... I bought another from Radio Shack ($39.99 or a slightly more flashy model for a bit more)... don't require batteries, but if you want, they take 3-AAs...
Next, I sent my partner the referral link to join, and she got a 'registration closed' email... suggestions?
ok... is time for this old warrior to take some pain meds and lay down. Dang! Getting old ain't fer sissies!!!!

I am happy with my CCrane Plus Radio, rarely does electric go out here. I have listened to Art since May 30, 1994 heard him the first time while driving from Michigan back to Berkeley, Ca. was between Salt Lake and Reno late night and there he was on a Las Vegas station, got hooked that very night, only shows I have missed since is when I went to Europe every year for a few weeks in September for Oktober Fest in Munhen.

space, it is good to see the freaky nightmare bunny again.
if i had a nickel for every time that i said that...
i'd have to agree with plainsman on it being a sign of merit that george doesn't "plug" us.
i still think that it's pretty crappy that noory can't handle it in here. i'm sure that he'd slip up and show us the real "george noory" in no time.
