C2C with George Noory - May 1 thru 6
Last night (Sunday) there was this awful first hour segment about dating and matchmaking, I tuned in because there's been a lot of current events stuff happening and wondering if anything new is talked about. To my surprise (probably shouldn't) he was talking to this woman about how she matches people up on dates. I got upto the part where he pushed on for her to say that the middle of the nation (heartland) is where all the great people are and the outside is where the shallow people are. Aaah the Palin map of this nation, I'm not expert matchmaker, but I got a suggestion for you Noor. Go F yourself. Good thing I didn't stick around, WND guy to tell everybody how horrible Libs are. There's original talk radio.
Looking at tonights show, oh gosh that looks awful. I think they just had this show just a few weeks back. (I think with Ian) Back to back nights with relationships? Really.... Yikes
Not to be all negative, I really liked Ian on Saturday. Great guest, topic been talked about a bits but the guest did a quality job in talking in depth about it and went beyond the normal (It's the Dems fault..... it's the Repub fault) talk we get nowdays on radio. But did what C2C should do with a mainstream topic like that, talk about it in detail and in a smart way. Too bad that the C2C call-in audience now seems to be nothing more then generic talk radio audience who calls up and with "It was the Dems fault". BTW highlight was woman who called in the open lines first hour saying the Muslims caused all incidents from the oil spills to the mining accident. You can feel Ian's blood pressure growing at this woman blaming everything to a group, even obvious corperate accidents and said so. You just know that if Noory was there he would be saying stuff like "good point" even though there's no good point in there at all
