Sounds good Riddick!

I splurged and "gummed" a Pepperoni Pizza to death, it was heavenly! :D

Last Of The Fall BLTs?

Post by Riddick » 10-01-2020 10:24 PM

This evening's couple sammiches are leading into the tail end of my endulgence...

Even before tonight's forecast for frost, garden tomato season's pretty much done, but these last 3 weeks I've been lucky to get some at the local farmer's market -

I expect to see no more than slim pickens hereon, but I'll take what I can get!

Saturday Night Chuck Roasting

Post by Riddick » 10-03-2020 05:18 PM

$1.99/lb for chuck roast? You can't beat that price with a stick. Instead of saving it for Sunday supper, it's gone straight from the grocer into the slow-cooker for tonight's dinner entrée with mashed potatoes & gravy and sweet peas for sides -

A bottle of Guinness Extra Stout for beverage, and for dessert, would you believe a few lemon creme sandwich cookies? They're not fancy but they're satisfying

All fine & nice - But don't think for a minute you can get away with just telling us that - What we all want to know is, what beverage did you last make for yourself?

Think carefully now. There's only one right answer. Get it wrong & you'll regret it
