Down Loading WU's
I'm trying to find out if anyone else is having problems downloading WU's on the Team Server. I like to get 6 WU's in a day but it says its connecting to the server and then nothing and it goes back to crunching. Mark or Robert if your out there please advise.

so lookIf you are unable to connect due to "100" errors (or perhaps "41") you may need to exit SETI@home, remove the files "result.sah" and "user_info.sah" from your system, and then restart SETI@home. This is probably fallout from the user database crash a few days ago. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tom,
I just tried to download a wu (although I'm not crunching SETI right now; I'm beta-testing BOINC) but it worked for me. My first question is this: When you go to transmit or download a new wu what does it say in the command-line box that comes up? Does it say something like "Couldn't connect to server; will retry in an hour."?
One thing you could do is retype the server info into the appropriate proxy server boxes on SETI Driver. Type the following in all caps in the "Host" box:
SETIWU.SETI-TEAMARTBELL.COM
and in the "Port" box:
5517
If it still doesn't work try checking the radio button that says "No Proxy/Socks" and then Save and click Transmit. This will go directly to the SETI@home server.
Also, Sir Ulli is right. There was a problem with the servers at Berkeley and they have a message posted in the "News" section on the right of their homepage.
Let me know what happens.
