On his nationally syndicated radio talk show Friday, host Mark Levin chastised the media, saying that they have become a government appendage:
  • ""But for this massive government, where would the media be? They wouldn’t have sources. They wouldn’t have leaks. They wouldn’t have their headlines. They wouldn’t have anything.

What are they going to report about, apple harvesting? That the American people are actually a good people that actually love their country? What are they going to report but for government leaks, but for government, period?

The media have become an appendage of the government. And so they protect government – big government, centralized government and more government.”

As an avid listener since finding Mark on WLS 890 AM in 1999, he's right, which is normal every night! Thanks for posting the obvious Riddick. MSM's a shame or a sham, both really.

One example: ABC Nightly News with David Muir. At 5:30 PM daily it starts the same drivel and drools over the Russian connections to the Trump family and Obama Care. That news "trumps" other news of huge forest fires, the M.E. burning and other human tragedies. They've forgotten Don Henley's famous lyric, "It's interesting when people die."

Not so much, eh Riddick?

MK II

And, nothing against the "human interest story", but much of the "news" is just fluff pieces.
