Fukushima: The World in Crisis

Post by Doka » 11-01-2013 01:24 PM

You will not find much on this unless you look. Some don't want to know and can't say that I blame them. For the past few days those on the West Coast have been bombarded with really high radiation. If you don't want to know STOP READING NOW!

Tokyo Mother: “Total media blackout” in Japan of lots and lots of people developing symptoms related to Fukushima disaster (VIDEO) — “Many cases of sickness and death among young generations” not reported

http://enenews.com/tokyo-mother-total-m ... t-reported

Also on this site you will find out a lot more related articles.

This is pretty accurate info. Although it is sometimes forced to stop the read-outs.

Fukushima is very bad. It reminds me of the old China Syndrome movie. I am sure glad I don't live in Japan. Unfortunately, everyone in the Pacific rim will suffer. The debris is really starting to hit the US west coast. What a mess.

I did graduate work in atomic energy in the 70s thinking it would be a good career path. I am sooo glad I learned enough then to stay away from it way back then. Atomic energy is one thing the world needs to stop and then try to figure out what to do with the mountains of HORRIBLE waste that has already been generated that will hang around for thousands of years.

At this point, I think salt dome storage is the best option.

Very very sad situation. Is it any wonder why the MSM isn't reporting this when GE owns most of the stations now?

Why the government isn't dealing with this is another matter. would have thought that we had gotten past the days of mid-50s/ early 60s when the Army deliberately marched troops out into atomic weaposn testing areas in order to have the troops exposed "just to see" what wouldhappen.

But, I guess we haven't.........

Doka's topic is not meant for the "dark pages"!

Last week a Coast guest, whom I hope to remember in an upcoming edit*, mentioned the fact that this world wide disaster is never in the news!

*I believe it was this guest hosted by George Norry.....

Volcanoes & Earthquakes/ Soul Growth & Disclosure

Tuesday - December 8, 2015
In the first half, John Dvorak, Ph.D. discussed the history and science of volcanoes, as well as the latest news on seismic activity and tsunamis.

(NaturalNews) Government data shows that the U.S. is being bombarded with Fukushima radiation 1,000 times higher than normal.

In the months following the 2011 meltdowns at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, residents of Los Angeles were being exposed to levels of dangerous alpha radiation nearly 1,000 times above normal levels, a government study found.

The data came from a July 2012* presentation at the National Conference on Radiation Control. The presentation was given by Joji Ortego, Principal Radiation Protection Specialist for Los Angeles County Radiation Management.

Following the Fukushima meltdowns, Los Angeles county heard many concerns from residents about the potential health impacts of radiation crossing the Pacific Ocean from the disaster. So they commissioned a study of radiation levels in the area. The report notes that federal agencies delayed in providing information to the county, and that the state Radiologic Health Branch was unable to provide inspectors due to budget constraints  . The state lab was unable to provide a reasonable turnaround time for sample analysis, so the county instead hired a local radiation monitor manufacturer for the analysis.

Radiation levels exceed federal thresholds

John B Wells will cover this topic on his shows. He was speaking not that long ago about the local Japanese fishermen taking fish from the local waters and claiming that they didn't taste too bad.........

How do you like this for "fancy dancing" ?

Quote:
"According to Delvan Neville, a radioecologist with Oregon State University, Canadian researchers noted in late September that Cesium-137 was six times the concentration of that prior to nuclear bomb tests over the ocean decades ago, and twice that of more recent levels in ocean waters whose radiation levels have been decreasing since those tests ended in 1963."

Now what did he say? "Don't worry, be happy"

The thing is , it is like all the other stuff going on, if it bothers you, TUFF! The line is "busy".

Nah, this makes sense. Since 1963, the levels have been dropping, but now, with the new data from the explosion, the numbers are far higher.

It's just the way its worded.......

Hear say, says the Japanese go to all fish markets with a personal geiger counter. A TV news crew were headed to "near" the "F" site and the driver's RAD warning device sounded it's alarm from 15 miles away from Ground *.........you all know the number. He then turned around a went back!

John B. Wells could be counted on not letting this "F" news die away. I suppose he's on on line radio only now. :|

Just as America's geiger counter sales might go boom, Radio Shack closed all it's doors :!:  or :(

Thanks kobot, I will check it out tonight. John never let the subject die and he did have RAD detection devices for sale on his Caravan to Midnight. I like John and he was a champion host for doom and gloom on 50% of his programs on Coast to Coast AM.

Since there are no apparent solutions for the predictable tsunami generated atomic power tragedy*. I suppose it's understandable that MSM has dropped the topic.

In a often repeated hindsight, America's GE Corporation should have studied the the ancient history of tidal waves :!:

You give the MSM more credit than they deserve. They are never worth effort.

I'll change that to MSM's dropped the ball, again. I guess you are one of millions that don't watch the news.

I hope none of the Fukushima topics get to the "dark pages"............

Re: Fukushima to Futaba pics 5 years on!

Post by Malaria_Kidd II » 07-14-2016 10:37 AM

I figured I'd be way too late trying to post this news item. But ah lucked out! :| No smilie face here.........

Besides Fukushima being a ghost city there are a few more towns just as abandoned :!: :(

It has been five years since reactor four went in to meltdown at the Fukushima Nuclear Power plant, triggered by a huge tsunami and earthquake that devastated Japan.

The nuclear disaster led to the imposition of a 20 mile evacuation zone, similar to that seen in Chernobyl, more than 25 years earlier.

Many of the towns that lay within it, have remained almost untouched since. Determined to see the evidence for himself, photographer Keow Wee Loong ignored the need for special permit and crept in to the exclusion zone overnight. :o
