All I can say is I just watched this movie for the first time a couple of nights ago. If you like old B/W Films and have not seen this and have an interest in the most intense dramatic type Old tales, bring towels for the tears and try to stand-fast, if possible.

I have seen that movie a number of times but not recently, one of my favorite old Classics. I don't watch much TV but once in while when I want to get away from everything I check out Turner Classic Movies, AMC or the Retro Channel. I do love the B/W's.

To my knowledge, it was the first Garbo movie I have watched, and it really crunched me out SP.
