BELITTED GIANT?
On "Piper’s Pit," guest WWF President Jack Tunney presents André The Giant with a trophy for "being the only undefeated wrestler in WWF history." Though the trophy is noticeably smaller than the one presented to Hulk Hogan a week earlier, André seems gracious in accepting it.
Piper asks what André has to say to the fans and he says he has only one thing to say... but then Hogan comes out and, in congratulating André as a role model and idol everyone can look up to, inadvertently(?) steals the spotlight. André appears upset and walks off the set, which Hogan chalks up to André's modesty.

Another Ken Resnick interview with Macho Man, who calls out Bruno Sammartino for being old and cuts a promo on Ricky Steamboat about how he will be throwing fire at the Dragon.
OUTLAW RON BASS DEBUTS
In his first WWF appearance, the Outlaw Ron Bass teams with Jimmy Jack Funk and The Gladiator against The U.S. Express (Mike Rotundo & Danny Spivey) and Blackjack Mulligan. On commentary Vince McMahon asks Jesse Ventura about his investigation into André’s reinstatement as Jesse says he has discovered some information and will share it next week on “Piper’s Pit.”
