yes, used to be no fees for luggage (luggage that often is missing things when someone reaches their destination).

more boarding fees too....

My take on this, is that they are just struggeling to stay alive. The reports of dirty passanger compartments and worn out tires, gives a hint.

Now what we need is government run, airlines! Maybe like the "O-Bombo Express". With the "Let Me Be Clear" service!
