Think Keen was dropped. Good. He sounded like he did not like the internet.

George Noory's name on the door but Art Bell's picture on the wall or over the mantle...

What a cool thing to say last night Ian and nice tribute to Art, great show last night and looking forward to hearing you every Saturday night, would be great if you do more nights. Welcome back to Coast primetime.

Just dropped in to say it was great to hear you, Ian. I pretty much bailed on a lot of the week-night programs. Just not my thing. But really glad to hear you are going to do the Saturday Night pub crawl. I have missed the unique point of view, that you bring to C2C. Welcome back!
Best regards,
mac

Stellar show with Jim Maars, Ian.

I liked how you handled Keen in the first hour. The guy sounded like he wanted to resurrect Stalin back from the dead.

I thought how the show was handled was VERY intersting, I don't know if Ian planned it or wanted to give a message or if it was a coincidence but I thought his first guest and then the follow up guest was almost a message.

Keen is something that C2C has always and should fight against, the attitude of believing just the mainstream media is credible and regular people or alternative media doesn't have the authority goes against the spirit that is C2C. So why did Ian have him on? Ian obviously disagreed with him through out the interview. I think it was a message from Ian saying how important C2C is, how there are people like Keen who wants only a handfull of people controlling all media and limited message. C2C is and should be a avenue for the voiceless, the only national media that can get an alternative message out. IE NOT something that a guy like Glenn Beck (who has a national show AND Cable news TV show) should be on as he DOESN'T need this avenue or format to get his (imo messed up) message across.

Of course then we get to the main guest Jim Maars, a classic type of C2C guest. I thought it was funny when Ian tried to corner Maars in his political leanings of Conservative or Liberal because depending on the topic he leans either way and Maars said something like "I'm neither, I'm for what I think is right". Good reply by Maars.

It was great listening to Ian. He seemed very up and excited doing the show.

Great interview Ian with Dan Kuzman, you were well informed and interested, having followed Kuzman's work was so obvious. What a way to do an interview Ian.:)

It was a pretty good show, I never heard that plan before but it does make sense.

I did find Kuzman becoming a bit too much of a Pius apologized after awhile though

This is a strange guest in my opinion, Coleen Rowley is running for U.S. Congress, why are they having a candidate as guest on Coast, this is an interview I may pass.

Saturday 21 July 07 - Ian interviews Coleen Rowley

Retired FBI Agent and former Legal Counsel for the FBI, Coleen Rowley will discuss her suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the War on Terror as well as her experiences
inside government bureaucracy
http://www.coleenrowley.com/

Coleen grew up in New Hampton, Iowa, a small farm town about 35 miles south of the Minnesota border. Her father, Larry Cheney, was the town’s letter carrier for 31 years. Her mother stayed at home and raised the family's five children.

In 1973, Coleen graduated valedictorian of her high school class. She then obtained a B.A. degree in French from Wartburg College (Waverly, Iowa), graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1977. She attended the College of Law at the University of Iowa and graduated with honors in 1980, passing the Iowa Bar Exam that summer.
more at the above link.

**In the first hour, Ian chats with Deborah J. Palfrey, the 'D.C. Madam' who had all of her assets seized by the IRS.

I have to say it again, what kind of freaken guest is Ian having on, some woman running for U.S. Congress........I don't believe it.

Edit:: I misunderstood this guest, when I clicked on the website at the top of the page it said "running for U.S. Congress" and that was what sit me off, this show had nothing to with her running for office. Sorry if I misled anyone.
