A Week In The Life Of The American Police State

If you’ve been caught up in the circus that is the presidential election, you’ve likely missed the latest news about all the ways in which the government continues to erode our freedoms, undermine our sovereignty, abuse our trust, invade our homes, invade our privacy, destroy our property, hijack our bank accounts, and generally render itself above the law.

Then again, this is all par for the course from a militaristic government that is armed to the teeth, wages war against its own people, imprisons its citizens for profit, marches in lockstep with the corporate elite, and treats human beings as little more than cattle to be branded, bought, sold and butchered.

The following incidents constitute a typical week in the life of the American police state.

Thanks Doka - have been a firm believer for a while now that the clown-show we know as the US government is really a distraction meany to keep people preoccupied while the country falls apart under their very noses.

DISTRACTION is the name of the game and a lot of people have fallen down the 'RABBIT HOLE" of demanding of personal rights, while being unaware that in the end, they are overlooking the fact, they are giving up Every human right of the whole. Or maybe better put, what really matters,? the color of my skin or who I sleep with, when I'm on a sinking ship?

I liked your original post here - a lot of things here I wasn't even aware of, and I plan to take a look at all the links, but it makes you wonder just how important it is to have gender-neutral restrooms while we're being sold down the river.......
