From Andrew McCarthy's column:

"How do you know Trump’s not a suspect?" I’ve been hearing that question a lot these days. News reports indicate that Special Counsel Robert Mueller may try to coerce President Trump’s testimony by issuing a grand-jury subpoena if the president does not agree to a “voluntary” interview.

Let’s address one point of confusion.

Many people believe, as I do, that the president should not be subjected to questioning by a prosecutor on the facts as we presently know them. From that premise, however, they argue that Mueller may not subpoena the president, or that the president may ignore any subpoena. Neither of those things is true.

In our system, a prosecutor who is using the grand jury has sweeping investigative authority. That includes the power to subpoena virtually anyone. There is a big difference, however, between the power to issue a subpoena to a person and the power to make that person testify.

Bottom line: The question is not whether a prosecutor has the power to issue a subpoena. It is whether the person he wants to subpoena has a privilege that would allow him to refuse to testify.

It is crucial that we fully uncover Russia’s interference in the 2016 election (the aim of the counterintelligence investigation Mueller was assigned to conduct) so that we can thwart the Kremlin in the future. But it does mean that Mueller’s desire for investigative secrecy and the ability to interview every witness who might have relevant evidence has to give way to other priorities.

While the president’s awesome responsibilities for American governance and national-security are more significant than any criminal investigation, the president is not above the law. Thus, there are circumstances in which it is reasonable to burden the president to comply with investigative demands. But those circumstances must be narrow.

This is precisely why the courts have recognized “executive privilege,” a qualified privilege that enables a president to shield information unless a prosecutor can demonstrate that its disclosure is critical to an investigation. Given that the president is the chief executive and can fire federal prosecutors at will, it is not clear how a prosecutor would have authority to oppose a presidential assertion of privilege.

But the upshot is obvious: A prosecutor should not be permitted to seek information from a president unless there is evidence of a serious crime in which the president is implicated, and there is no alternative source from which the prosecutor could obtain the information sought.

How are we supposed to grapple with whether the president should be compelled to testify when we don’t know what Mueller is alleging? What crime does Mueller want to ask the president about? And if there isn’t one, why are we even talking about an interview, let alone a subpoena?

Can anyone conceivably contend that a prosecutor’s desire to maintain secrecy until the prosecutor is good and ready to reveal details of his investigation is more important to our society than the damage caused by potentially unfounded suspicion that the president is a criminal?

It has become ludicrous. The question of whether a prosecutor should be permitted to interview a president hinges on whether the president is a suspect. There is no public evidence that President Trump is. This raises the patent objection that he should not be asked to be interviewed under those circumstances. What we hear in response is, “How do you know he’s not a suspect?”

But the reason we don’t know — other than the lack of evidence after two years — is that Mueller won’t deign to tell us, and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein won’t deign to comply, publicly, with regulations that required him to outline the basis for a criminal investigation.

That is not acceptable. In every other independent-prosecutor investigation in modern history — Watergate, Iran-Contra, Whitewater/Lewinsky — the president and the public have known exactly what was alleged. The prosecutor was able to investigate with all the secrecy the law allows, but under circumstances in which we all understood what was being investigated and why the president was suspected of wrongdoing.

After two years, we are entitled to nothing less. The president should direct Rosenstein to outline, publicly and in detail, the good-faith basis for a criminal investigation arising out of Russia’s interference in the election — if there is one. If he can’t, Mueller’s criminal investigation should be terminated; if he can, Mueller should be compelled to explain (unless Rosenstein’s disclosure makes it clear) why he needs to interview President Trump in order to complete his work.

If Rosenstein and Mueller are reluctant to do that, it can only be because they’ve decided that not only their investigation but also their desire for secrecy take precedence over every other consideration, including the president’s capacity to govern domestically and conduct foreign policy in a dangerous world. But secrecy is not the nation’s top priority. It’s long past time to lay the cards on the table.

That is a great article, Riddick! The "Mueller Coven" have wiggled their way into into transparency of their motives, like it or not. People are getting tired of it all. Mueller, is becoming nothing more than another liberal Court Jester. Ho hum

Mueller has done more harm to the American Constitution and the Russian relationship with us an other countries. The Russians will not likely take on the US, but other weaker countries. The Russians know weakness when they see it and delight when they know they can take advantage.

"When hunting monsters, take care you don't become one"

Robert Mueller IS The Creature From The Black Lagoon

Fans of 1950s horror movies have to like what they’re seeing in Washington.

The nation’s capital, which started out as a swamp, has produced a throwback monster from one of Hollywood’s creepiest classics, a bottom-dwelling menace that’s had the city on the edge of its seat for a full year and counting.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller: Creature from the Black Lagoon!

It’s hard to believe no one has ever made a sequel. Maybe the right lead actor could never be found. Until now.

Half-man, half-freak of government, Mueller has shown he will stop at nothing to get what he’s after. At least that’s been the storyline so far.

His style is to scare victims into submission, particularly when he starts squeezing them for information about someone higher up the Washington food chain. That would be President Donald Trump, who promised to “drain the swamp” only to be pursued by one of its most territorial defenders.

Earlier this month a federal judge unloaded on Mueller for going after Paul Manafort, briefly Trump’s campaign manager, to get to the president. That’s clearly the plan, but it will take more than a courtroom lecture to end Mueller’s free-range Russia probe.

This is a good, Read!

ABC Panics As Congressional Leaders Call For Mueller Probe To Be Wrapped Up

It appears as though, with the long-awaited release of the Department of Justice Inspector General’s report exposing anti-Trump bias by senior FBI investigators, Republican Congressional leadership was finally ready to call for an end to the Special Counsel’s investigation. After House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY) spoke out, ABC’s Good Morning America was fearful for the future of the investigation on Sunday morning.

“There's news this morning in the Russia investigation. New pressure on the Special Counsel Robert Mueller with two top Republicans calling for Mueller to wrap it up,” announced co-anchor, Dan Harris. His counterpart, Paula Faris was worried about “Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, who now says Robert Mueller and his team should be investigated.”

As ABC White House correspondent Tara Palmeri was leading into the video portion of her report, she acted confused as to why Giuliani would want “the investigation suspended while Mueller's team is investigated for political bias.”

Of course, they neglected to mention how the lead FBI investigator on the case, before it was handed over to Mueller, reassured his mistress that they would “stop” Trump from becoming president. ABC also failed to mention that the IG report found an unidentified lawyer on Mueller’s team had texted “viva le resistance” to a colleague.

ABC’s paranoia about the potential end of the Mueller investigation comes after they tried to shield it from the scathing IG report exposing the bias of some investigators. The following morning, the network ignored the damning anti-Trump text messages altogether. Instead of just reporting the news, they appeared to have a vesting interest in the continuation of the investigation. FULL STORY

This will just go on and on, until the "Demons" get what they want... The Destruction of America. The Human Savages THAT hate America for it's power, they will hate it more, when IT can no longer save them from themselves. World power is already shifting. My guess, is that China and Russia will be some main players. Exciting Times, when the few of us, can remember "When" and the rest being hate filled Emotional Baskets Cases. Just too many "Sifting for Gnats and Eating The Camel" . Perhaps, in some life time after many painful losses, a light bulb will come on, and they will understand we are only responsible for ourselves and our own families, not to change anything but ourselves. Simple, but, seemingly impossible for the many, what we get is what we" believe we believe" It is all connected!

Important: Robert Mueller Lead Attorney Co-Ordinated Investigatigative Strategy With Four AP" Reporters"....
Posted on July 9, 2018 by sundance

There is a very important article posted last night on The Daily Caller [SEE HERE] The article surrounds a discovery that Robert Mueller’s lead attorney Andrew Weissmann worked with four AP journalists on both the story of Paul Manafort’s business interests; and, more importantly, and jawdroppingly, the evidence for Mueller to use against Paul Manafort.

Read the article HERE. I’ll try to explain why this appears so important.

Quote from article:

"Since the discovery of this issue a great deal of disconnected information has followed. Including how FBI Director James Comey allowed his friend Daniel Richman to have “special access” to this information database."

"The term “contractors” is opaque in the ruling, and there are hundreds of redactions protecting the names of the individuals and groups who participated in the unauthorized searches. However, within the testimony of Fusion-GPS founder Glenn Simpson; and the story of the Steele Dossier and Nellie Ohr; we discover a nexus of information users."

"Fusion GPS was/is essentially in the ‘information for hire‘ business, selling to clients for a price and using networks of journalists and former government officials to transmit, share and disseminate information on behalf of their clients. Essentially, Fusion GPS is an opposition research group with a network of journalists, paid and unpaid, that it uses to frame constructed narratives to the benefit of their clients. In the spring, summer and fall of 2016, the Hillary Clinton campaign was one such client."

My guess is, that this was done to show how "Innocent" the Liberal (NWO) democrats of any "Wrong Doing", in 2016 Election, after all it was all "Trump and the Russians".

If Trump keeps the appointment with the "Putin Talks" next week, it will simply be "Proof" in their minds, it is all the "Collusion." An excellent chess game won by the "Purest of Evil". In their quest for power, there is no room for "Truth" What a way to live!? But, so many trained "haters" all will be in Utopia, well, until the pain and dying, start......... :plank:

Mueller Indicts 12 Russian Officials for 2016 Election Hacking

Bloomberg) -- The U.S. special counsel brought election meddling directly to Vladimir Putin’s doorstep just days before the Russian leader plans to meet with President Donald Trump, charging 12 Russian military intelligence officers with computer attacks meant to undermine the Democratic Party.

[Read the indictment here]

The indictment, announced on Friday, fleshes out U.S. intelligence agencies’ longstanding conclusion that Russia interfered with the 2016 presidential race. The case provides powerful evidence to rebut skeptics -- including Trump himself at times -- who say Russia may not have had a role.

In a news conference, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein described how units of Russia’s GRU intelligence agency stole emails from the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign, then released them in ways meant to dominate headlines as Americans prepared to vote. In a second operation, the officers targeted election infrastructure and local election officials. They set up servers in the U.S. and Malaysia under fake names to run their operations, paying for their work with cryptocurrency that had been “mined” under their direction.

After Death Threats, Manafort Judge Gets Federal Protection; Jury To Resume Deliberations Monday

The judge in Paul Manafort's Virginia trial for bank and tax fraud revealed in open court on Friday that he has received death threats, and is now traveling with the protection of the US Marshals Service.

“I have the marshal’s protection,” Ellis said. “I don’t even go to the hotel alone. I won’t even reveal the name of the hotel.”

“I had no idea this case excited this emotion in the public,” he added.

Manafort also refused to release the names of the jurors at the request of a coalition of news organizations, citing safety reasons. The Washington Post, New York Times, AP, CNN, NBC, Politico and Buzzfeed all requested the names of jurors deliberating in the Manafort case.

“I don’t feel it’s right if I release their names,” said Ellis. ... ury-resume

I have no idea what rock this Judge has been under, but, he is certainly out of the loop. Manafort, was charged with stuff that took place some time ago, his Defence team didn't bother presenting a defence. The Muller Coven, spent days of bringing up every crime or sin Manafort did or thought of doing since kindergarten. How this ties in with Trump and The Russians, you have to check in with CNN or MSNBC they seem to have it all figured out, real or imagined .....

But I can tell you this............If that jury does not come back with a Guilty on all counts verdict, the Democrats will burn down the rest of the Country. That's why the MSM, is hell bent to get those Jurors names to threaten and intimidate. May those Jurors, be blessed and stay safe!

The media requests the contact info of all high profile trial juries. This is nothing special. Not only that, if a credentialed, reputable reporter threatened and intimidated a juror they would be facing a stiff jail sentence and I'm sure they are fully aware of that.

I see more fake news on the FF than anywhere else.

I still hold great concern for those Jurors, they are not sequestered(kept apart) , they go home at night, being exposed to any and all threats. Another, equally, troubling thought is they also can be bought off. And we all know how the Liberals like to "Fix" out comes. As in Fixing an election, blaming the Russians And Still Losing!!

Robert Mueller Guilty of Treason In Hand Delivering Sample of Highly Enriched Uranium To Russian Officials

The quest to get President Donald Trump impeached is solely because he was not supposed to win the election in 2016 and it comes out of fear from all connected with the Clintons and the Obama Administration in knowing that he intends to expose all of their corruption.

The Robert Mueller investigation is an attempt to discredit the president and they are hoping to find enough dirt on him to get him out of office before he starts arresting those guilty of high crimes and treason from Obama and Hillary Clinton on down.

Robert Mueller, who was FBI Director in 2009 when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State, was directed by Clinton to deliver a sample of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) to Russia. This information, released via WikiLeaks, also states that SOS Clinton sent a cable to US Ambassador to Russia John Beryle, US Ambassador to Georgia Embassy, and US Ambassador to the Russian Embassy on August 17, 2009. In part, the cable stated, Action Request: Embassy Moscow is requested to alert at the highest appropriate level the Russian Federation that FBI Director Mueller plans to deliver the HEU sample once he arrives in Moscow on September 21.

According to Shepard Ambellas, editor-in-chief of Intellihub, on June 2017 that the classified cable indicated that the delivery of the 10-gram sample of HEU to Russian Law Enforcement sources occurred during a secret plane -side meeting on the tarmac in Moscow. As we know, tarmac meetings are a classic Clinton maneuver done when trying to keep their criminal activities secret.

A lot of it he didn't know, he is very verbal now. But if you would get off your spoon fed information, you would listen to what comes out of HIS mouth. The ones you hear, can not Afford to repeat, correctly or in full.

I would suggest you stay as you are. :?
