Great swans, Shirleypal. We see 2 at our local pond lately.

Here's a video clip of kids at the Berlin zoo celebrating Knut's (polar bear) first birthday. Of course, the dialogue is in German, but cute seeing him:

Lambo, a baby lamb found by Rob Walker, looks out from his crate at the Downtown Trading Company in Tuscaloosa, Ala Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008. Walker is caring for Lambo until his owner is found.

A handout picture shows polar bear cub Flocke (Snowflake) at the zoo in Nuremberg January 28, 2008. Flocke was separated from her mother Vera after officials at the Nuremberg zoo became concerned she might harm the cub. Now four keepers at the zoo are taking care of the cub, who needs milk every three hours. Picture taken January 28,
