GREAT STORY!

This dog spent 9 months lost in the Idaho mountains. Here’s how she got home to Boise

I saw that lost dog news online Doka! :o It makes us wonder how many times Mo must have warded off hungry predators and at that age too! That is a great story! :D

We had one 110 lb "brown eyed Chessie" (most have yellow eyes) named George for Natasha that lived as long as Mo. He could jump 4.5 feet straight up off the hunting pit's shooting step when he wanted "out" :!: I never let George out of my sight in all those great years outdoors.

I had a local reputation as the area's only waterfowl hunter who had a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Unlike the all friendly Labs they are a protective one family only dog! Though he never started fights with the occasional Lab we'd meet around the local rivers and swamp lands, he was as cool as a cucumber and is missed greatly to this day! 8)

Our son in diapers managed to open our front door and George heeled along side of him as they both walked down the sidewalk! His Mother rescued him and she still brags on our faithful duck dog to this day for watching our son. :D

That's another uplifting "lost dog" story compared to so many "good endings" like it in the news! Thanks! :D
