It's funny how transparently dishonest government agencies are at times, isn't it?
OK, so officially aliens don't exist. Yet NASA needs a planetary protection official? I take it that means they know something the general public doesn't know (officially).
Still, you'd think after 50 years NASA would know by now international treaties don't mean squat to ETs who know what THEY want, and that's Earth all to themselves -
